Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V is a stylish Android handset with slim sleek design. The handset has a 3.7-inch display with resolution support up to 854 × 480 pixels. The display of the handset is scratch resistant and has accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate operations. The dimension offered by the handset is 116 x 57 x 13 mm and it weights up to 126 grams. The handset operates at frequency of GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz for 2G networks and HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100 MHz for 3G networks. The handset comes with 320 MB + 512 MB RAM internal storage and it supports up to 32GB expandable memory. A memory card of 2GB is offered free along with the handset.

The handset runs on Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread OS. Other technical features such as 1GHz Scorpion processor (CPU), Adreno 205 GPU, and Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon are also included in the handset. The Li-Po 1500 MAH standard battery of the handset gives talk time up to 7 hours for 2G and up to 7 hours for 3G networks.
