Sony Ericsson this time comes with a 3G phone named Aspen. It has TFT resistive touch screen facility.  The dimension of the phone is 117 x 60 x 12.5 mm and it weighs up to 130 gm. The display screen has a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels with a size of 2.4 inches. This phone also facilitates QWERTY keyboard and XPERIA Panels. D-Pad navigation facility is an added on feature of this new Sony Ericsson phone. Aspen has 256MB RAM, 256MB ROM and 100MB user storage. There is an internal memory of 4GB which can be extended up to 16 GB. This extension is done with the help of a micro SD card.Aspen supports GPRS connectivity of speed 32-48 kbps. This phone can work with Wi-Fi technology as well. And of course, Sony Ericsson Aspen is enhanced with Bluetooth connectivity too. A micro USB is also available with this new phone along with a 3.5mm audio jack. The camera of this phone is 3.15 Mega Pixel. This camera can capture pictures up to 2048×1536 pixels.  VGA video recording camera works at 15fps. Aspen’s operating system is Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5.3 Professional. SMS, MMS, E Mail, Push E mail and Instant Message can be sent using this mobile phone. New phone from Sony Ericsson uses browser WAP 2.0/ HTML (IE). Another good feature is the stereo FM radio with RDS technology.

This phone is available in iconic black and white silver color. It is supported with GPS. Google maps helps in easy viewing of the desired positions and co-ordinates of moving objects and locations from any angle. Accessing any social networking sites facebook, twitter or orkut is made easy with this phone. Phone supports business users too as it has office document viewer. Sony Ericsson Aspen is made of eco-friendly materials. These materials can be recycled and it comes with waterborne paint. Aspen has a standard battery which can power to mobile to last upto 450 hours talk-time in 2G and up to 600 hours in 3G. The price of Sony Ericsson Aspen is around Rs. 14,999/-.
