HTC Pico is the latest model handset launched recently by HTC mobiles. The handset is included with 3.2-inch full touch screen display and it runs on powerful Android 2.3 Gingerbread Operating System. The type of the display is HVFA and it has pixel resolution up to 480 x 320 pixels. Another important technical feature of the handset is its single core 600 MHz processor, which acts as the strong base for the smooth operations of the handset.

The HTC Pico has 5 Mega Pixel Camera with new advanced facilities. The Camera handset with HD Quality recording allows users to record live moments with clarity and perfection. The camera with Digital Zoom with Auto-Focus & LED Flash also supports crystal clear pictures. The handset is included with 512MB ROM and 384MB RAM Internal Memory. It has also provision for expandable memory up to 32 GB using Micro SD card. The multi format video and audio player of the handset with 3.5mm audio jack allows user to enjoy uninterrupted programs over air. The connectivity features of the handset includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G HSDP, GPS navigation, GPRS / EDGE and a micro USB port. Through this advanced facilities user can enjoy internet accessibility and other data transfer operations.

The handset is included with powerful battery support up to 1230 mAh. This battery is enough to support all the functions of the handset on daily basis. The handset operates at frequency of about 900/2100 MHz for 3G networks. The interface technology used in the handset is HTC Sense Zero User Interface. Other communicative options such as SMS, MMS and email facility are also included in the handset. Reports show that the price of the handset will be in the range of Rs. 7000/- in Indian markets. This price can be considered affordable when compared to prices of other mobile handsets in India.
